Refund Policy: 

Uniforms, tournament entry fees, and practice facility costs are paid upfront out of the registration fees paid.  If for some reason the season is delayed, postponed, or cancelled, only participants who paid in full (The one time $990 payment or all installments) will be eligible to receive a cash refund. *A refund will only take effect if less than 2 tournaments are completed.  If  two or more tournaments are completed, there will be no refunds issued. 

 

The Refund:

If paid in full: 200 cash refund and credit for one week of summer camp-

The 200 cash refund does not have to be accepted as a cash payment. it can be applied as credit for future H x B leagues, clinics, or camps, or it can be donated to the H x B program.

If NOT paid in full:  A cash refund will not be available. A credit for a free week of H x B summer skills camp will be offered. 

 

*Even if the player did not compete in two tournaments, but two tournaments were available to play in, the no refund policy is still in effect.
